Learn how to make the perfect charcuterie board from one of the best in the business! Facilitated by Executive Chef Paul Hoag of Hospitality Services, Service Awards Milestone recipients will learn how to build the perfect charcuterie board with some of the best ingredients, including meats, cheeses, and dried fruits. All food for the charcuterie board will be provided and shipped to attendees to participate over Zoom, however all kitchen utensils and board/plate will not be provided.
