In this session, the CMHA Hamilton will be discussing how to maintain your mental health, as well as your child’s mental health during the summer months. The summer is a wonderful time to spend more time in nature, explore events and activities in your community, as well as connect with friends and family. However, the summer vacation period can also bring its own unique set of stressors especially with COVID-19 restrictions lifting. This webinar will explore these topics and provide tools and suggestions to maintain positive mental well-being during the sunny months.
