This one-hour Zoom presentation will explore questions like, how does stress turn into anxiety for young people? How can we overcome perfectionism and thought distortions? We will identify the common types of stress youth are experiencing and provide strategies to help manage their stress. This session is facilitated by the Canadian Mental Health Association, and is intended for high-school aged students.
