Thrive Week is truly a collaboration for all of the McMaster Community. Hosted by Human Resources Services, Student Wellness Centre, and McMaster Okanagan, with help from the McMaster Students Union and other colleagues, Thrive Week intends to give everyone at McMaster opportunities to improve their Mental Health and truly Thrive!
Each Thursday during the 2022 Winter Semester, McMaster students, as well as faculty and staff, are invited to an informal, virtual drop-in to meet library staff and their pets.
Library Pets is part of McMaster University Library’s ongoing efforts to connect with students and the McMaster community in creative ways.
A previous attendee shares: “I’ve always loved pets so to have an opportunity like this was amazing! Attending the Library Pets’ virtual sessions were the perfect way for me to take a break from my busy schedule and interact with the library staff and their adorable pets! Seeing these pets and hearing their stories surely brightened my day”!
