Research shows that people who feel psychologically safe tend to be more innovative, learn from their mistakes and are motivated to improve their team or company. Google also conducted research into team performance with the key finding that psychological safety is the number one predictor of team success.
Creating psychologically safe spaces is all about creating environments in which people feel accepted and respected – whether they are in person or virtual. This year, many people are carrying concerns, fears and new realities that have impacted their well-being, productivity and confidence.
In this session, we will explore easy and practical ways to bring you and your team more stability and strength as you work to create a psychologically safe work environment.
