Our current world is changing daily. When presented with change, we have choices. As managers and leaders we can model resilience by embracing the change with energy, enthusiasm and optimism.
Now is the perfect time to give ourselves and our teams permission to innovate.
How might we be more effective?
Where can we be creative and innovative?
What can we modify?
What have we been waiting to try?
This is a coaching café session. It’s a freeform discussion that will be structured around optimism and opportunity. The conversation will evolve and emerge as questions and topics arise. Participants can come with an opportunity or situation to discuss. They will leave with insights and actions based on the conversation. (This session will have a maximum of 30 participants.)
