Goal: Two new search options for HR eForms
What has changed: Two new options to search for HR eForms have been implemented to make it easier for users to find the forms that they are looking for.
Anything Else I Need to Know: Users will now be able to search for a form based on who it was created by, by entering the MacID of the person who submitted the form in the Original Operator field. For Position Management eForms, users will also now be able to search for forms for a particular Faculty/Area.
Goal: Allow automatic entrance awards for International Engineering applicants
What has changed: Populate Early Financial Aid job has been modified to allow for configuration indicating only International students allowed for specific entrance awards.
Anything Else I Need to Know: This was a 3-day turnaround on request from Engineering to encourage International applications.
Goal: Expand the HR Strategic Reporting Hub – Jan 2023
What has changed: Based on great feedback from end users, the HR Strategic Reporting Hub has been expanded to include two new reports aimed at improving efficiency within Human Resources Services.
Anything Else I Need to Know: One new report was added to allow users to look up contact infromation for Faculty administrators. A second report was added to allow users to identify the Years of Service awards specifically for our Cupe 2 members.
Goal: Get set for payrolls in the New Year with the latest Tax Update available from our Vendor
What has changed: The final tax update each year is targeted to getting the system ready for the first payrolls in the New Year. 45 Patches, 44 functions tested, along with another 18 separate validations, all within a very tight 2 week turnaround time.
Anything Else I Need to Know: Staying current with Tax Updates ahead of this change package is critical to our ability to efficiently implement the year end changes.
Goal: Updates to MacBill Invoices
What has changed: Two important updates were made to our invoice templates; to allow billing areas the option to provide credit cards as a payment option for customers, and to provide more clear and concise banking information for paying customers.
Goal: Provide greater efficiency for processing prior period payroll adjustments
What has changed: We added access to an additional two pages in the Prior Period Adjustment navigation collection, providing a higher degree of efficiency for HR Advisors and Payroll Analysts who manage prior period payroll adjustments.
Anything Else I Need to Know: One new page was added in each of: ‘Employee Data’ and ‘Absence Management’ sections. Another great idea provided by our end users!
