Join us for the McMaster x Hamilton Bulldogs Family Day Event!

On February 19th, make the most of Family Day by supporting your local hockey team and getting the chance to lace up your skates for a full day of family fun. McMaster University employees and families are invited to attend the Hamilton Bulldogs hockey game versus the Kingston Frontenacs at 2:00 p.m. followed by an hour-long exclusive McMaster families’ open skate at 4:30 p.m. Both events will take place at the FirstOntario Centre in Hamilton. Organized by McMaster’s Children’s Party and Community Engagement Champions, this special collaboration event is an opportunity for McMaster employees and their families to celebrate Family Day, socialize within the community, get active, and support our local hockey team. Be on the lookout for limited edition McMaster University x Hamilton Bulldogs giveaways throughout the day.

A ticket will include a seat at the hockey game, social meet and greet, and skating. Employees will have the opportunity to request up to 4 tickets for a suggested donation of $10, $15, or $25 per order. All proceeds will go towards the McMaster University United Way Campaign. When donating, please highlight that your gift is part of a workplace campaign and enter McMaster University. 

Hot chocolate and a variety of stadium snacks will be available for purchase during the open skate. All participants of the open skate are required to register and sign a waiver before the skate starts.
