Goal: Enhance Multi SPP eForm acknowledgement

What has changed: Updated acknowledgements for the Multi SPP eForm to acknowledge that all payments are either Staff or Faculty pay, but not a combination of both.

Anything else I need to know: The enhancement to the acknowledgement will provide for greater efficiency when processing SPP eForms.

Goal: Enhance SPP eForm notifications for Ad Hoc Approvers

What has changed: Updated SPP eForm Approval Pending Notification when Adhoc Approver is added to approval workflow.

Anything else I need to know: This enhancement will allow for greater efficiency and reduce delays in approvals of SPP eForms.

Goal: Enhance SPP eForm search ability

What has changed: Updated search results display to include Paygroup and Faculty/Area.

Anything else I need to know: The enhancements to the search results will provide for greater efficiency when processing SPP eForms

Goal: Automate two manual steps in the Group RRSP administration

What has changed: Based on great feedback from end users, two (2) new reports have been added to the HR Strategic Reporting Hub, aimed at improving efficiency within Human Resources Services, in place of one existing report which had been used as part of two manual processes.

Anything else I need to know: The new reports will be used by the HR Payroll team to upload enrollments and terminations to the Group RRSP provider’s website. The uploads will automate processing enrolments and terminations on the provider’s system, eliminating the need for manual entries.

Goal: Expand the HR Strategic Reporting Hub to support the SPP eForm launch

What has changed: Three new SPP eForm information queries were developed to provide visibility and insight on the Single SPP, Multi SPP, and Stop/Modify SPP eForm Requests.

Anything else I need to know: One additional query was created to assist with the recoveries process.

Goal: Update HR Queriers to capture the new Tax Classes

What has changed: We have completed updating the remaining Public Queries affected by the launch of the new Tax Classes for 2024.

Anything else I need to know: Emails went out to users with access to create Private Queries in HCM as well to inform them of the need to review their quires for any impacts.
