Mosaic Rapid Release: November 2023

Goal: Enable additional users to access two existing HR Accounting Lines reports

What has Changed: We have expanded the existing security access for two reports in the HR Strategic Reporting Hub to give additional users self-service access.

Anything Else I Need to Know: We love that we can easily adapt security access to reports and queries in Navigation Collections as changing business processes and needs arise!

Goal: Increase space for essential attachments in MacBuy

What has Changed: Accounts Payable reported that they were unable to attach appropriate documentation in MacBuy due to space limitations when issuing invoices.

Anything Else I Need to Know: After a quick investigation we were able to make a few setting changes in MacBuy to increase the space available for these important supporting documents.

Goal: Provide a more efficient way to resolve a pain point

What has Changed: Occasional data anomalies in Mosaic HR were causing issues with a critical file. Finding and resolving these issues after they arose was a time-consuming manual process, often requiring UTS interventions in order to fully resolve.

Anything Else I Need to Know: We have provided a new report which enables business users to identify and resolve these data anomalies before they cause those downstream headaches. Better for all involved!

Goal: Enhance the Employee Equity Census

What has Changed: We have enhanced the existing Employee Equity Census and replaced it with a new eForm version.

Anything Else I Need to Know: The Employee Equity Census eForm will allow for more robust data collection and alignment with our new Disaggregate Employment Equity Census.
