Goal: Student Records Processes Navigation Collection – Phase I

What has changed: Student Records now has data validation queries in their Navigation Collection.

Anything Else I Need to Know: This will makes these queries much easier to find, especially when new staff need to run the data validations.

Goal: Updates to the External Tuition Bursary Application eForms

What has changed: A number of enhancements have been made to the External Tuition Bursary application eForms to support the application process for employees.

Anything Else I Need to Know: To simplify the process, Application Forms are now only able to be submitted during the defined application periods for the current academic year. Also, to support additional benefits for the program, international institutions are able to be selected on applications for the 2022/2023 academic year. Employees also now have the ability to provide their dependant/spouse’s consent to receiving their T4A via email.

Goal: Updates to HR Strategic Reporting Hub – Sep 2022

What has changed: Based on great feedback from end users, the HR Strategic Reporting Hub has been expanded to include new reports aimed at improving efficiency within Human Resources Services.

Anything Else I Need to Know: Five (5) new reports have been added to this popular navigation collection! Two (2) new reports have been created to support auditing the new Pre-Hire MacID HR eForm. Three (3) new reports have been created to support the annual United Way deduction reconciliation.

Goal: Updates to HR Reporting Hub – Sep 2022

What has changed: Based on great feedback from our end users, the HR Reporting Hub has been expanded to include new reports aimed at improving efficiency for financial managers and administrators.

Anything Else I Need to Know: Two custom reports have been added to give Accounts Receivable and Budgeting Services team members the ability to review critical data for administering the External Tuition Bursary Pool, and position movement data for administering annual budgets.
