At McMaster University we are committed to providing mental health and well-being education and training to the McMaster community to support mental health literacy, and help individuals lead healthier lives in and outside of the workplace.
As part of this ongoing commitment, the University is offering Mental Health First Aid training to help faculty and staff recognize individuals in distress, provide help and support positive mental health.
