Workplace Advice Line

McMaster’s Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) offers telephonic coaching and advice to managers and supervisors through the workplace advice line.

The Key Person Advice Line gives managers, supervisors, union representatives or other key persons the opportunity to contact a senior level clinician any time for immediate just-in-time consultation should a situation arise in the workplace that could benefit from professional input. These expert workplace clinicians can help make managing faculty and staff issues less stressful. They can provide you with the necessary expertise in areas that you may not have, and help you overcome workplace challenges.
