Our first employee wellness day was such a success, we’re doing it again! In partnership with Venngo WorkPerks, GoodLife Fitness and McMaster’s Healthy Workplace Committee, we are pleased to offer a second action-packed day featuring free informative and educational workshops from subject-matter experts, as well as exceptional physical activity sessions.
BONUS: Prize draws will take place after each class and workshop – but you must participate for a chance to win!
After registration, you will have the opportunity to select the specific sessions/activities you would like to access. Feel free to pop in and out of sessions of interest that work with your schedule.
Should the date not work for you, a video recording of the sessions will be made available for a period after the live event, but you must register for the event in order to access the recordings.
