This session is being offered by the Organizational Development team in Human Resources Services to support employee mental health and well-being as part of the Return to McMaster Oversight Committee recommendations.

When you think of EFAP or Homewood Health, you probably think of counselling services. It’s true that Homewood is our EFAP and provides short-term counselling, but what you may not know is that they also offer a full range of proactive wellness and family resources such as lifestyle and specialty coaching, including expert support in life balance, health and career. Homewood also offers an online library, with interactive tools, assessments and e-courses that allow each user to learn at their own pace. With a library of 20 different e-courses, these digital resources address a diverse selection of topics.

Participants of this one-hour webinar will learn more about the free coaching and specialty services available through Homewood Health including e-courses, videos, newsletters, podcasts, webinars, child and caregiver search tools, and coaching services like dieticians, lawyers, financial experts, retirement specialists, and more.  Join us to learn about the array of services here to support you and your family.
