The Knowledge Leaders Program is designed for those who lead projects and/or people in their daily roles at McMaster. We offer a highly practical and engaging program for these leaders.
This program – delivered over 5 sessions – helps to foster a culture of engagement, collaborative relationship building, and positive change through employee development.

Creativity and innovation
Problem identification and solution sourcing
Enabling a positive workplace culture
Managing projects with clear vision and effective communication
A performance improvement model
Leading teams through effective coaching

Wednesdays/Thursdays: Feb 24. Mar 10, 25, Apr 7 and 22, 2021
9:00 am – Noon (live sessions will be 2-3 hours in duration with at least one break)
Live/virtual sessions with Zoom or WebEx
