Lead by example to inspire the best performance from your team.
Having been invited into our employees’ living rooms throughout the pandemic, the most intense real-time work-life integration experience, we now have to navigate our evolution to a new, likely hybrid model of work. With everyone operating under a variety of stressors, it is still a leader’s responsibility to elicit the best from their teams. This evolving reality demands new leadership skills such as showing up differently, thinking differently and acting with greater consciousness and intent. Failing to see and respond to each other’s humanity is no longer an option.
This 3-hour course is a live, interactive webinar that will investigate the mindsets, skillsets, strategies, and tactics every leader needs. Explore what contributes to a successful leadership mindset and how you can boost your confidence.
Digest supportive workplace culture ingredients and how to create such an environment for your people. Learn why equity is more appropriate than equality in inviting contribution. Understand the critical communication skills and practices required to show up more effectively as remote leaders. The opportunity at hand is to reshape organizations for sustainable high performance.
Be prepared for an engaging session where you will be regularly invited to contribute to the conversation. You will be offered opportunities for self-reflection and the development of your own leadership skills action plan.
