No, statements are published once annually for the specified time frame (July through June).

Full time members of TMG are provided with an MPDA of $2,500 each fiscal year to invest in self-directed career development. The total rewards statement shows the full annual entitlement for TMG ($2500), and does not show pro-ration for those in their first year of employment or with less than a 1.0 FTE.We are working on adding in this functionality to future statements.

You can check your current actual entitlement and MPDA balance in Mosaic by selecting the ‘PDA BAL by Person’ on the Employee Self Service page. Learn more about the allocation and usage of MPDA.

Tuition Assistance and Tuition Bursary programs provide significant value to employees who utilize these programs. McMaster pays a portion of instructional fees for eligible employees and programs to support development goals.  In addition, McMaster supports the learning pursuits of your spouse and dependents through the tuition bursary benefit. At this time, we aren’t able to include the value of these programs related to your actual utilization.  We are working on adding this functionality to future statements.

The SunLife Benefit booklet provides a comprehensive overview of coverage details. Additional details on benefit usage can be found through your profile on My SunLife.

For the best viewing experience, it is recommended that the statements be viewed online.  The printer view provides a subset of the information and text provided in the online versions.  Certain aspects of the statement are not included in the printer view as it is not supported by PeopleSoft.

The Total Rewards statements capture the information at a set period of time. Any additions or changes to your personal data made after July are not reflected in this year’s statement.
