TMG Total Compensation Re-Design

The TMG Total Compensation Sub-Committee was established to review the design of the total compensation program for members of TMG. This review presented a significant opportunity to have input into the design of the Total Compensation program.  The recommendations developed focus on the long term to ensure the program is aligned with best practice and will meet the needs of the University and members of TMG for the years to come.  With this lens, the Sub-Committee has focused on recommendations to reflect the ideal state.  To get us to the ideal state, a phased implementation will be required. The Sub-Committee recognizes that the success of the program changes lies in a planned, thoughtful roll-out and implementation with focus on communication and education of the redesigned program.
