Total Rewards for Faculty and Senior Academic Librarians (MUFA)

The McMaster University Faculty Association (MUFA) is a professional association that represents the interests of all faculty members and senior academic librarians of McMaster University and is responsible for collective bargaining with the Administration.  Professor, Associate Professors, Assistant Professors and Lecturers with a Contractually Limited Appointment as well as Senior Academic Librarians are members of MUFA.

Compensation

Compensation for members of MUFA is outlined in the Joint Committee Agreement.
